Which operating system do you use?
A computer that slows down, crashes with a blue screen or won't turn on usually has one of several known causes: full disk, too many startup programs, overheating, failed update or failing hardware. The assistant will guide you through a few questions to the cause.

Check these first
- 1Restart, not shut downOn Windows, "Shut down" often doesn't fully shut down the system. Do a Restart and check if the problem remains.
- 2Free spaceIf the system disk is over 90% full, everything slows down. Delete temporary files and unnecessary programs.
- 3Startup programsIn Task Manager, Startup tab, disable programs you don't need immediately after boot.
- 4Temperature and ventilationKeep the laptop on a hard surface. A noisy fan and hot chassis mean dust needs to be cleaned.

Why is my computer suddenly slow?
Most often due to a full disk, programs that start with the system, background updates, malware or an old HDD. The assistant narrows down the cause through questions.
What does a blue screen with a code mean?
The code (for example CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED or MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) points to a driver, memory or system files. Send a screenshot and the assistant will explain the meaning and steps.
Is it worth upgrading or buying a new computer?
Often it's enough to add an SSD and more RAM. Write the model and what you need it for, and the assistant gives an estimate and approximate price.
