Privacy policy

This policy explains how EVI Solutions DOO, Topčiderska ulica 14, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, company ID 21975567, VAT ID 114128395 (EVI) processes data of evi.rs visitors.

What we collect

  • Contact form: the name, email, company, phone and message you enter. We use them only to reply and prepare a proposal.
  • AI chat: message content is sent to a language model to generate a reply and is not stored. For the daily limit we store an anonymized identifier (a hash of IP address and browser) and the number of messages for that day.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of access) kept by the hosting provider for security.

Cookies

Necessary cookies and local storage remember your chosen theme, your cookie choice and the number of AI assistant messages for the day. Functional cookies (Google Maps on the Contact page) load only after you allow them in the cookie settings. We do not use analytics at the moment; if we add it, it will run only with your consent. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties, except processors necessary to run the website (hosting, database, email service, AI model) who are contractually bound to protect it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and objection. Send requests to office@evi.rs.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
