MyMiniJob started as a platform for micro jobs, local help with everyday tasks, and grew into a hybrid platform for short-term and permanent jobs.
Challenge
The platform had to connect employers and candidates quickly and locally, support both one-off and permanent jobs, and work equally well on phones and computers.
Solution
We designed and built a platform with an interactive job map, AI-based search and candidate profiling, real-time geolocation, in-app messaging and document sharing, ratings and dashboards for both sides.
